This book follows up on the exhibition Cf., organized by François Aubart at the Galerie Art & Essai at University Rennes 2 and showing works by Pierre-Olivier Arnaud, the documentation céline duval, Aurélien Froment, Mark Geffriad and The Infinite Library.

Rather than document the show, our intent was to take up the threads of its themes and reflections again through the theoretical and critical content of this volume as well as through the recreation of the layout of a printer's manual from the sixties, a design concept elaborated by Charles Mazé & Coline Sunier for the journal 2.0.1. In Echo to the exhibition, which presents works that use shifting modes of classification, this catalogue is a spac to be arranged through the handling of non-identifiable elements whose position remains fluctuating.
